My sister bought a separate ticket. How can I link her ticket and reservation to my account?

    Hello Stephanie,

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney. I'm happy to hear that you and your sister will be enjoying the Walt Disney World Resort!

I'm happy to say that you can use the Family & Friends features to share all your magical plans you have for the Walt Disney World Resort.

Once a Guest links their Walt Disney World theme park ticket to their My Disney Experience account, they would not be able to link that ticket to another account. The Family & Friends features let you create and manage your "My Family & Friends List" to share all your fun plans with your travel party.

You can easily add a Guest to your "My Family & Friends List" by entering their Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation information. You can also invite Guests directly to add them to your list by entering their name and email information and sending them an invitation to connect. When they receive and accept the email invitation, they'll be connected to your "My Family & Friends List."

You and your travel party can then use the "My Plans" features in your own My Disney Experience accounts to view shared plans.

Stephanie, I hope this helps you share and manage your plans with your sister. If you find you need additional help with setting up your "My Family & Friends List," you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357, or by connecting with them through the online chat service

Here's  wishing you lots of fun for your Walt Disney World Resort stay.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
