    My sister and I booked our trips at the same time for the same time Dec 15-21 2013 and she received a PIN for free dining; I didn't get one.  My question to you is how do they choose who gets PIN for discounts?

    Hi Shana!

    Guests that receive a PIN are selected randomly.  I've tried to figure out just how those PINS are awarded many, many times, but have had no luck.  It's honestly just seems to be pixie dust that falls in the right place at the right time.  I'd see if one didn't show up for you, and if not, keep your eyes on the Special Offers page and see if any offers come available for your travel dates. 

    I'd also suggest that you and your sister read the promotion carefully, as she might be able to reserve more than one room under that offer, but that varies with the promotion.
