My sister has a baby. He won't even be 1 yet by the time we are coming. Do we need to buy park tickets and stuff for him also? Does the hotel cost anymore with an infant coming?

    Hi, Kayla!

Congratulations on being an aunt! How exciting for your family to have a new baby.

Children under the age of 3 do not need a park ticket and there is no charge for them to stay in your resort room. Pack-and-Play's are available free of charge so the little prince will have a cozy place to sleep.

Your sister is welcome to bring her own stroller for home or strollers are available for rent in all the parks. She will find the Baby Care Centers in each park to be very handy, as they provide a comfortable place to take care of all the baby's needs from clean changing tables and nice high chairs to a quiet room with rocking chairs for nursing moms. Make sure to plan nap times and try to keep the baby on his schedule with feedings and bedtimes which will make your days much more pleasant.

Do not forget to bring your camera as you will want to capture all the magic your little nephew is going to enjoy! Have a great time in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
