I am a single parent of a 12 yr old girl, hoping to visit WDW in Nov for her 13th birthday, will the water parks still be available and how to I get rates for 1 adult and 1 child and not the 4 person charges? thanks

    Hi Mary!

There is always at least one Walt Disney World water park open year round.  During the off season, one of the parks is closed for maintenance and refurbishment.  Rest assured that you and your daughter will be able to splash around during your vacation.

The age of children ends at 9, so your daughter is considered an adult around Walt Disney World.  Unfortunately, you will have to pay adult prices for her.  When you are searching for vacation packages, mark your guest count to include 2 adults and 0 children.  You will be given rates based off you and your daughter.  You can either call the Disney World reservation center at (407) W-DISNEY or search online HERE.

    Have a magical day!
