I am a single parent taking a 4&5 yr old to WDW at the begining of Aug. Since I am the only adult going I am wondering if I should take 1 umbrella stroller and have them take turns or the big bulky double stroller. Is there anywhere to store while on r

    Hi Amee!

If I were you, I would definitely bring the double stroller. I know that it may be more of a hassle to get on the busses and maneuver, but I really think you will be glad to have it. You never know when both kids will want to sit in the stroller, and if they have to share one it may lead to unnecessary arguments and stress. The other benefit to the bigger stroller is storage room for any gear and purchases that you may acquire throughout the day. One last thing to consider is that at the end of a very long day of touring the parks your children will probably be very tired and it will be easier to push them to your resort room in the stroller rather than push one and have to carry the other.

There are stroller parking areas at all of the attractions where you can leave your stroller while you get in line and enjoy the rides. Don't be alarmed if you come out of an attraction and don't see your stroller exactly where you left it. There are cast members who will organize the strollers to fill in empty spots and keep things nice and neat. Some people tie something bright or recognizable to their stroller handle so that it can be spotted easily. I have never had a problem with anyone disturbing our stroller or any items we've left in it.

I hope this helps! Have a wonderful vacation!
