I am a single mother from ME with a 4 yr old, thrill-seeking, boy.Want to start planning a trip to WDW! 2 Qs: What is the average height requirement on rides that we can both enjoy? And is 1st wk of Feb or 2nd wk of August better for planning our trip?

Hi Tiffany! Your son sounds like he is ready to take on some of the great Disney attractions!

There are several attractions that do have a minimum height requirement for guests. Children under the age of 7 must have an adult on all others. I will list the attractions and the minimum height below.
    Magic Kingdom:
    Barnstormer-35"
    Splash Mt-40"
    Thunder Mt-40"
    Stitch's Great Escape-40"
    Space Mt-44"

    Epcot:
    Test Track-40"
    Soarin-40"
    Mission:Space-44"

    Hollywood Studios:
    Tower of Terror-40"
    Star Tours-40"
    Rock n Roller Coaster-48"

    Animal Kingdom:
    Kali River Rapids-38"
    Dinosaur-40"
    Everest-44"
    Primeval Whirl-48"

My suggestion is the February week as the weather is far nicer to spend long days in the park. The humidity in August can be intense plus add the daily rain and it is not my choice!
