    I am a single mother planning to visit Disney with my 10yr old daughter. Do you think that she will enjoy it with just she and myself? Also, would you recommend we go with the meal plans? We are looking at the Yacht & Beach Club Resort to stay at.

    I absolutely think your daughter will enjoy being at Walt Disney World with you!  There is so much to see and do that you both will never run out of fun things to experience and enjoy together.  I would splurge and get the Disney Dining Plan if you can.  This will give you both something to look forward to in the evening. There are so many fabulous restaurants at Walt Disney World.  You can make Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days prior to your vacation, and I would encourage you to do so.  Some of my favorites are the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom as you are never too old to see Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet and the buffet is wonderful.  At Epcot, I love Le Cellier at the Canada Pavilion, the Coral Reef Restaurant, Les Chef de France, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for the Princess Storybook Dining experience.  At Hollywood Studios, the Hollywood & Vine and the 50's Prime Time Cafe are my favorites. Staying at the Yacht & Beach Club Resort is just a wonderful location.  The rooms are beautiful, and you are right on the Boardwalk and walking distance from Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  Be sure to check our the Beaches & Cream Soda Shop for a special treat!  I know you will just have the best time with your daughter, Meredith, creating your own magical memories.
