    Hi Victoria,
Breathe deep-the Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help you out! I'm a single mom too and I live in Central Florida-I promise you won't just survive, you'll have a great time with your son. Here's some budget friendly tips for you. First, bring a backpack. You are more than welcome to bring your own snacks and a water bottle with you into the park. Hunger often strikes at the worst possible times, so be prepared with things you know you and your little guy will enjoy. You mentioned you will be visiting in the summer months-bring your own rain jackets or ponchos and carry them with you. There's nothing worse than being soaked by a passing summer thundershower. Next-think about your dining budget. There's a huge array of dining options available, everything from pizza and tuna fish sandwiches to a huge buffet with your favorite Winnie the Pooh characters (Advanced Dining Reservations suggested for the Crystal Palace restaurant). You are also welcome to pack a lunch (or dinner) and dine within the park. Purchase your tickets online before you leave and set up your My Disney Experience account so you can make FastPass+ selections 30 days before your trip. My favorite extra-special splurge is the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party-it's a delicious dessert buffet with special seating for the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular (reservations are required for this event).

Set your alarm clocks early and be prepared for a very busy day! Have a great time celebrating!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
