    I am a single mom to a 4 year old boy with a tight budget. We would like to fly in at an off peak time of year, stay at the resort, and have a meal plan. What is the best deal for 1 adult and one child?

    Hi, I would suggest going during the month of September.  I would also suggest utilizing resources outside of Disney such as two of my favorites are allears.net and mousesavers.com. Understand these are not owned by Disney, but are a great resource.  Since you are interested in the Dining plan, you will need to book your vacation through Walt Disney World, I would call 407-w-disney ask, if there are any promotions during the time you are interested in booking, or if there are any promotions currently.  Have a fantastic trip!!
