    I am a single mom with two children and my SO also has 2 children - we are planning a Walt Disney World Trip this summer in August. I am at a total loss on how to get a good deal on a trip package that would include tickets to the park, hotel, etc.

    Wow--sounds like a fun adventure with 4 kids!

    Honestly (and I'm not just saying this) I always plan my trips either on the Disney World website or on the phone with Disney. It's easy to book everything (hotel, meals & tickets) all at the same time because they know EVERYTHING! The website walks you through it step by step and gives you every option you can think of (park hopper, water parks, hotel size, etc.).

    This last vacation we did everything over the phone and at one point I think we were on the phone over an hour booking different things--but it was awesome because the Cast Member walked us through it all, checked on every different idea we had and more.

    As far as getting a good deal--Disney always has special offers up on their site. As of right now there is a 30% resorts during some of the summer. You can't beat that!
