Single mom traveling with preschooler, staying at Disney All-Star Movies, flying Spirit Airlines To/from Orlando. Can I use Resort Airline Check-In Service when we depart, or do I need to check (luggage) in at the Spirit Airlines Desk at the airport?

    Hi Shelley,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

You and your little one will have so much to forward to for your Walt Disney World vacation. Lots of fun and magic await you!

The Resort Airline Check-In Service is a great convenience and I always take advantage of the service when flying one of the participating airlines. I, too, frequently fly Spirit Airlines, though that airline is not on the current list of participating airlines. I typically check-in online for my departing flight, depart Walt Disney World Resort on Disney's Magical Express, and take my luggage I'll be checking to the Spirit Airlines bag drop.

Have fun at  Disney's All-Star Movies Resort.

    Enjoy your Disney!

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
