    Hello ! I have single day tickets with the park hopper option and I believe we have a date choosen to come and made our fastpass selections. What should happen to out ticket if for some reason we don't make it to the park? Do we lose our ticket?

    I'm excited to hear you've got an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit on the horizon! You've already made sure to make your FastPass+ reservations, which will be a big time-saver when you visit the theme parks. Shorter wait times with FP+ gives you more time to enjoy all there is to see and do on a Walt Disney World vacation!

    If, for some reason, you're unable to make it to Walt Disney World on the day you've chosen, no need to worry. Your tickets will not be activated until you enter the gates of the theme park and scan them upon entry. If you have FP+ reservations for that day, they will just go unused, but you will need to make new FP+ reservations when you reschedule your visit.

    If you know ahead of time you won't be visiting on the day you've scheduled your FastPass+ reservations, you can always cancel them on the My Disney Experience website or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Canceling may give another guest a chance to grab a previously full FastPass+ time slot!
