I have a single day pass for this Saturday that was already purchased for someone in our group that can no longer go. What are my options with this ticket?

Hi Lori! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so glad that you get to visit the Walt Disney World Resort during this beautiful weekend! It really feels like spring is already blooming at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and I know you will have a wonderful time!

In most cases, Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable, so you will want to contact Disney directly by calling (407) 566-4985 or stop by Guest Relations during your visit to see if there are options for you as far as reassigning the ticket to a different person and different day, or perhaps crediting the amount of the unused ticket to another ticket. The Cast Member you speak with will be able to look up your exact ticket details and let you know the options that you have, as well as any costs associated with an upgrade, if you decide that would work for you. Hopefully, there will be a resolution that is perfect for your group!

Enjoy every second of your day, Lori! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
