    Hello Daria!

Thank you for hanging out with us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. In my family, we have an odd number of people, so we sometimes run into the same situation. Your 3-year-old will not be able to ride alone with your 8-year-old on any attraction. No child under the age of 7 may ride without an adult. However, your 8-year-old may ride alone. I will usually ride in the vehicle ahead of my 9-year-old and then wait for her at the ride exit. This is for attractions like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, The Barnstormer, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

There are plenty of attractions that you will be able to ride all together such as Peter Pan's Flight, The Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin and many more! I suggest setting some expectations ahead of time, especially when your 3-year-old's height is on the border of some attractions' minimum height restrictions. I still remember my daughter's disappointment when she was denied entry to Soarin'. I'm sure all of the people around us did, too, because she was very vocal about her disappointment. My mistake was not having a plan B in place.

One of the things I truly love about Walt Disney World is that my entire family is able to experience so much together. I am not on the sidelines watching and neither is my one-year-old. I know your family will make many magical memories together!  Have a fantastical vacation!
