How similar is Animal Kingdom to Busch Gardens? We have annual BG passes and are going to Disney for 3 days (Wild for 3 option). 2 days at MK and 1 day at another park. Should we skip AK and try Hollywood Studios or Epcot instead? My kids are 2 and 4.

Hey Morgan, great question. While there may be some similarities, Disney's Animal Kingdom is a one of a kind family experience. My little girls were 3 and 5 when we went and it was perfect. They were so amazed at the Kilimanjaro Safaris, seeing the lions, giraffes and all the other cool animals right in front of you. Additionally, they spent so much time playing around at the Boneyard play area, going down the slides, digging and climbing, we had to drag them out of there. We did all really enjoy both the Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo-The Musical. These two shows will amaze and entertain the whole family. One fun thing to do is spend some time at the Tree of Life trying to find all the hidden animals woven into the wood. This park is the kind of place that you and the kids will want to visit many times as there is so much to see and do. Have a magical vacation.
