    This might be a silly question. Is normal fast pass still available? Also I'm staying in Disney but I can't seem to book fast pass + as my reservation number is a different companies rather than a Disney one? Help. Thank you

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel!

    It sounds very frustrating and I will do my best to help you.

    For your first question: the legacy FastPass system of ride kiosks issuing paper tickets is now gone. It has been replaced by the new FastPass+ system which allows resort guest to schedule their FastPasses in advance. It sounds like you are having a problem with that system.

    I would suggest calling Walt Disney World directly as it appears there is a problem with your reservation number. The telephone number to contact them directly is: (407) 939-5277.
