    silly question but how can you become part of the MKingdom parade maybe riding in a carriage or some type of activity i have seen people in the parade but have never know how they get there.. thank you

    Hi there Jennifer!

    That's not a silly question! A lot of us on the Moms Panel would love to be chosen to be the "Family of the Day!" It's really a privilege to be chosen and it's open to all park guests. There isn't really a method to becoming the "Family of the Day". I have heard many different stories of how people have been chosen. One of the things that I have noticed when reading the stories is that a good bit of the families have been dressed in a certain way. You know, like all wearing the same shirt or making a one of a kind shirt to stand out in a crowd. The more enthusiastic you are about being at Walt Disney World the better. Sometimes, people have just asked a random Cast member if a family has been chosen.. There really isn't a set format that I can see that is being used other than mostly pure luck that you are chosen over the thousands of other families at the parks. All I can say is, have as much fun as you can with your family and good luck!!!
