This is my 3rd silly ?: At the all ears page on the dinner menus at the coral reef there is an entree of pan-roasted sea scallops but at this sight on the menu that entree is not available. Is that entree not available anymore? I really wanted to try it.

I think I have this one figured out. First of all, I just dined at Coral Reef in June and it was as wonderful as ever. Secondly, I believe you saw the Pan Seared Scallops as a seasonal dish on the menu. Which means that some times of the year it will be featured other times the dish will not be there. The Pan Seared Scallop dish is not a permanent entree on the menu. I am not sure when you are scheduled to visit, but i just read an article that said bay scallop season was extended 15 days into September for Florida. How's that for random information from your fellow Buckeye?

I hope for your taste buds sake the scallops are available when you visit. Have a wonderful vacation.
