Hi Erin!
There are so many wonderful souvenirs that you can bring home from Walt Disney World. The beautiful
silhouettes have been on my list for quite some time, but I just keep forgetting to stop by. On our last trip, I finally had caricatures made for both of my kids at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The artist perfectly captured their personalities making my daughter a magical cheerleader and my son a gamer in space.
I can confirm that the silhouette artists can be found in
Magic Kingdom Park as of a couple of weeks ago. I was in the park with fellow planDisney Panelists and the fabulous
Nimmy T had one made for a family member while we were there. She had hers made at the silhouette cart just off of Main Street U.S.A., on Center Street next to
Uptown Jewelers (one of my favorite stores!). I have also seen them near
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square.
If you're in
EPCOT, I have seen the silhouette artists in the France Pavilion. Be sure to stop by
L'Artisan des Glaces for a delicious ice cream. The Croque Glacé is my favorite with coffee ice cream in the middle of a brioche bun. Delicious!
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
