Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to make core memories that will last a lifetime. The best memory is one you can bring home with you. The personalized silhouette is such a special souvenir. I myself had been wanting to have this done for my boys for years and never got around to it, but in December, I finally decided to prioritize it. Boy, am I glad I did! It is by far one of my most cherished possessions.
Personalized silhouettes are available on a walk-up basis; no reservations needed! Don’t be discouraged by the line; when we visited, there were five families ahead of us, and it moved quickly, with each taking just 10 to 15 minutes. There are two silhouette artist locations in
Disney's Magic Kingdom: one in Liberty Square, outside
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, and another in an alley to the right on Main Street U.S.A., near
Uptown Jewelers.
Pro tip: Grab a snack to enjoy while you wait in line! My boys loved ice cream from the
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, but popcorn is always a great option too.
