    I signed up for the Wine & Dine 10K race onNov 6th! I recently just accepted a new job and will be working until at least 1 PM on the 5th. I'm having a hard time finding a flight that will get me to the expo in time to pick up my bib. Any options?

    Hello, Krista! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by to chat about your upcoming runDisney race! I participated in a race during the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon weekend, and it was so much fun! It was my first ever 5K, and I had an absolute blast. During prior race events, there were booths on the day of the races for last-minute bib pickups. However, it is clearly stated, as you may have seen, that all entrants must pick up their bib the day before their race from the runDisney expo. 
     
    I contacted runDisney on your behalf and chatted with several Cast Members about this dilemma. They agree that this issue may arise for many runners for different reasons. They suggested that Guests tackle this on a case-by-case basis by contacting runDisney Help & Support and explaining their individual situations. Hopefully, they will be able to arrange an option that will work for you.
