I am signed up for "Garden View" at French Quarter.. can you explain? And what buildings are best? close to pool and food? Is there a map you can show me of the best areas to request? thanks for always answering my ??'s

    Hi Jone,

Port Orleans French Quarter is a charming resort! With a garden view room, you'll have a view of the inner pathways or a courtyard. You will not have a view of a parking lot.

If you google " Port Orleans French Quarter map", you'll get to some helpful guides. An independent site that is particularly helpful is www.portorleans.org.

Since this resort is small, all rooms have easy access to the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory (food court). However, there are some buildings which are closer than others.

For close proximity to both the food court and the pool, building 4 or 5 would work well! Feel free to place a request on your reservation. Just remember that requests are not guaranteed.

Have a wonderful stay at the French Quarter!
