    I am signed up for my first half marathon in January and have reservations to stay at Saratoga Treehouse Villas. Does the bus for the race pick up at the treehouses or just the main area? BLT, Grand Floridian, or Springs in Saratoga are alternative choices

    Hello there, Bernadette! 

    Congratulations on your decision to participate in your very first half marathon! And thank you for choosing runDisney-- I can't think of a more magical place to commemorate your first endurance event.

    Race Transportation will not be available to/from Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas. To access provided transportation to all race events you will need to head to Saratoga Springs main resort area. 

    If you choose Bay Lake Tower (my home resort!) you will access the Start Zone Area via the Monorail to the Transportation & Ticket Center, and then the Monorail to Epcot.

    From the Villas at Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you will board the Monorail to the Transportation & Ticket Center, and then the Monorail to Epcot. Another option would be to walk to the Transportation & Ticket Center via Disney's Polynesian Resort. Given the Villas are on the side of the Polynesian, this route may be faster.
