    I just signed my family up for the 5K race in January. My DH also signed up for the Goofy Challenge. I would like to know if Photopass photographers are there to take pics for these races (characters, start line, etc) or should I bring our own camera?

    Hi Frank!  The 5K race is a GREAT family event, and definitely full of photo opportunities!

    There will be photographers there, but not the PhotoPass photographers.  It is a different company that specializes in race photography, called Brightroom Photography.  There will be information and a link to their photos on the race website after the race.  They organize your photos and you can search by name and/or bib number.

    The photographers do a great job getting some action shots, but they are not always there at the character stops.  So, for that reason, I always run with my camera, or at least my phone with a camera.  You wouldn't want to take an expensive or bulky camera, but if possible, I would take something to capture all of the fun and magical memories during the race!
