We just signed up for the Family Fun Run 5k January 11th, 2013. In some spots on the rundisney website it says that you must maintain a 16 minute mile, but in other spots it says that there's no time limit. Could you tell me which is correct?

Hi Peggy!  The Family Fun Runs are great!  You guys are going to love it.

There will be a 16-minute/mile pace requirement.  Keep in mind that the pacers will begin after the very last person crosses the starting line (in the stroller division).  This means that if you are in a higher corral than that division, you will have more time than that.  Even if you start at the beginning of the stroller division, you will have more time than the ones at the end.

I think maybe what you are reading, is that it is not a timed race.  This means that you won't have a chip on your bib that times you and times will not be recorded for the race.

I hope this helps clear things up for you.  Please let me know if you have any other questions!
