Hi there, Robert!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disney Cruise Line vacation is coming up SO SOON!! Before you know it, you’ll be at sea with Captain Mickey making some
FANTAStic memories!
I am so glad you stopped by with your question about canceling an excursion booked through Port Adventures. Any changes to booked excursions must be done at least three days prior to your voyage to avoid being charged for that activity, so doing this now is a great idea. I recently encountered the same issue when cruising with family earlier this year, and contacted Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to ensure that only the one individual was cancelled from the activity. I was unable to cancel the individual by logging into
“My Cruise Activities”, but when I contacted Disney Cruise Line, they were able to easily make that adjustment for me. I do recommend being certain that the Guest is 100% sure they do not want to do this activity as once it’s cancelled, it may not be an option to book again if it sells out!
Have you heard about the
onboard photography packages available?!? And, if you pre-order it, you even get a discount! My family always makes a new photo book on each voyage and we love looking back on the fun we had!
Wishing you the most magical and memorable adventure at sea! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
