    Do the signature restaurants in Disney change their menus from year to year? How about the restaurants in Epcot?

    Disney's signature dining restaurants do change out menu offerings from year to year; in fact, they've been known to do so from season to season.  It's awesome in that it gives guests the chance to discover a new favorite, though every once in a while guests are disappointed to find that a favorite menu offering has disappeared.  Epcot's restaurants, too, change out menu offerings, though not as frequently as those classified as signature dining locations.  If I were you, I'd go into my dining reservations prepared to be dazzled by Disney's chefs, no matter whether the menu has shifted or not!  Bon appetit!
