Hello Chara!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing a question to us.
The
Disneyland Resort is offering a couple of options for Annual Passholders during this unprecedented time. Because you were on a monthly payment plan, you have the option to call to have your Annual Passport payments paused and then resume when the theme park reopens. This would cause your Annual Passport expiration date to be adjusted accordingly. If you did not already call to arrange this option, please contact Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast member there would be happy to assist you further. If you do not opt-in to this option, your Annual Passports will expire on the usual expiration date.
Don't be alarmed by your Annual Passports disappearing from the
Disneyland App. Passports that are no longer valid are removed. But, once the theme park reopening date is determined and your new expiration date has been calculated, you should see them reappear on your account. If they do not automatically show up once the park reopens, simply add them back to your account using the number below the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card. It is also worth mentioning that any extras added to your Annual Passports like
Disney MaxPass or parking will be extended as well.
If you think of any more questions, please don’t hesitate to bring them to us here at planDisney!
