Season's Greetings, Sheila! You're just a few days away from your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, where you'll find the magic of the holiday season is still merry and bright, leading the way into a brand new year! It sounds like you might be visiting with a group and trying to manage theme park reservations, Lightning Lane passes, or maybe Virtual Queues for your entire party, so let's chat about how to sign your whole party up for all the magical things so you can enjoy your time together!
Sheila, you will want to first make sure that each guest has their ticket assigned to his or her individual
My Disney Experience account. If you currently have your party's tickets assigned to your account, you should see a
Reassign Ticket option under
My Tickets & Passes on your account. Here, you can select which guest will have access to each ticket's entitlements from your
Family & Friends List. You can reassign a ticket as long as it has not yet been used. Once you've done this, you will still be able to manage your party's selections for things like Lightning Lane passes and Virtual Queues as long as you are all linked under My Family & Friends List.
If you're looking to sign your party up for
Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass, from the
My Disney Experience mobile app you will first select your day and theme park and then have the option to select your party; only members of your party who have valid theme park admission on this selected date will be eligible for purchase. Next, you will be able to choose up to 3 advance return times for available attractions and experiences. Remember when using this product that once you have tapped into your first selection for the day, you can return to the mobile app to make an additional selection (subject to availability) for your entire party.
Sheila, another way to manage your group's magic is by joining a
Virtual Queue for select attractions. At this time,
Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom Park and
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT offer guests an opportunity to join a complimentary boarding group at 7 AM and again at 1 PM for these attractions. The process is also through the My Disney Experience mobile app, and you can sign your entire party up to join the queue as long as each person has valid theme park admission for the selected day!
I hope this helps, Sheila! Being the magic maker for your party is such an important job, and I know you will all make the best memories together! If you have any other questions before your visit, come back to
planDisney and let us know! We can't wait to see the magic that awaits us all in 2025!
See you real soon,
Alison
