    How can I sign up for rides for DAS in advance? When I click on the livelink, it does not work. Thanks for your help. Ari 

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Ari, we thank you for consulting us.

    As the primary caregiver for my special needs son, I greatly appreciate Disney’s Disability Access Service during our visits and am relieved that they offer the DAS Advance virtual chat from 2 days to 30 days before arrival because it is so convenient. And once you have pre-registered, you will be able to consult with a Cast Member to select 2 one-hour DAS Return Times from eligible, available experiences and then during your visit, you will be able to request more DAS Return Times, one at a time throughout your theme park day.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties connecting to a DAS Advance Cast Member, and it could be for a few reasons. One reason could be that you could be attempting to chat outside of the operational hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time daily, another could be that the chat lines are busy, and another could be that there might be a browser issue, in which case, please refer to Walt Disney World Resort’s recommended browsers for optimal performance. If you still experience difficulties kindly contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to disability.services@disneyparks.com.

    Ari, in preparation for your DAS Advance virtual chat, kindly ensure you have:
    1. Valid theme park admission linked to your Disney account
    2. A Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservation for each day of your valid theme park admission.
    3. Updated your Family & Friends list to be able to include those in your DAS Guestlist planning.

    Tips:
    Kindly download the My Disney Experience mobile app as it will be useful with using the DAS accommodation during your visit because the app offers a Self-Selection Tool that the registered DAS Guest or those on the DAS Guestlist may use to select DAS Return Times. The registered DAS Guest or those on the DAS Guestlist may also request a DAS Return Time at a Guest Experience Booth, or at an attraction entrance, but the registered DAS Guest must be present when boarding the attraction.

    The DAS accommodation can also be used with the Disney Genie+ service.
