    How do I sign up for the fast passes for Epcot

    Hi Judith! Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh Boy! Tomorrow you will be immersed in all of the fun at EPCOT. Your visit is in time to catch the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Stop by one of the many Food Studios for an artful delight while you enjoy live performance arts, DISNEY ON BROADWAY, and photo opportunities.

    If it has been a while since you visited Walt Disney World Resort, I must let you know the fast pass system has been retired. The new similar paid-for program is Disney Genie+ Service which can be purchased any time after midnight on the day of your Theme Park Reservation through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I am linking six short videos that will help give you an overview of all aspects of the program. Once you purchase the service, you can begin making Lightning Lane selections at 7:00 AM. Check out this list of attractions included with Disney Genie+ at EPCOT. Please note, only one Lightning Lane may be selected at one time. A Lightning Lane must be redeemed before another one may be scheduled or wait two hours once the park officially opens. In other words, if your first Lightning Lane is scheduled for 2:00 PM and the park opens at 9:00 AM, you can make another selection at 11:00 AM. Keep an eye on your "Tip Board" in the My Disney Experience Mobile App for when you are eligible to make another selection.

    I would like to inform you, within this program is the free Disney Genie Service which can help maximize your time in the park by customizing suggestions on your preferences and attraction wait times. Here is a Disney Parks YouTube Video explaining the whole Disney Genie Service.
