When I sign into My Disney Experience, my hotel and dining reservations are all there, but it no longer shows my meal plan or park tickets under my reservation. My confirmation from my travel agent shows the DDP and MYW info, so should I be concerned? Thx!

    Hi Alyssa!

I'm glad to hear that you're taking advantage of the My Disney Experience service.  Seeing how this tool works both online and on mobile devices is really incredible.

Since this service is still very new, I think we can expect to see a few tweaks in the coming months as they receive feedback from guests like you and me.  In the last month alone, I've seen a handful of improvements that have been rolled out.

With respect to your question, my guess is that you're fine as long as you have the confirmation information from your travel agent.  I look at the My Disney Experience service as an interactive user interface that allows us to manage the information that's already in the system.  So, the problem you're experiencing may just be a temporary glitch in My Disney Experience's ability to access everything in your reservation.

Here are a few of ideas to try:

First, you call your travel agent and have them confirm the dining plan and Magic Your Way portions of your vacation.  Second, you can call Disney directly and confirm this information at: (407) WDISNEY or (407) 934-7639.  Third, you can try to manually enter your confirmation number for your reservation on the My Disney Experience site.  (I had to do that for my next trip and it restored everything.)

I hope that helps and I hope you have an awesome vacation!
