Can we sign up for a dining plan if we are staying at the Swan? We are first time visitors to WDW.

    Hi Belinda,

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!  You have a very good question about the Disney Dining Plan availability.  Unfortunately the Disney Dining Plan is only available for purchase as part of a vacation package which includes Disney Resort hotel accommodations and theme park tickets.  The Swan and Dolphin are not owned by Disney and therefore not a part of the vacation package options.  These hotels are on Disney property next to Epcot and do have access to the theme park transportation system from hotels to theme parks/water parks/Downtown Disney.

I have stayed at the Swan/Dolphin twice for professional conferences in the past. The location is great and I really enjoyed their heavenly beds.  However when vacationing with my family I much prefer having the Disney Dining Plan, easily accessible food courts, and the complimentary airport transportation to your Disney Resort hotel (Magical Express).  These features are not available at the Swan or Dolphin.

Thank you for your question Belinda!  Please come back and visit us again if you have any more Disney vacation planning questions.  We love to help!
