How do I sign my daughter and son up for a DAS pass?

Hi Nicole, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so grateful that Disability Access Service (DAS) is available to those eligible guests who need it when visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

If eligible, you can pre-register your children for DAS Advance and speak with a Cast Member virtually who will utilize a live video chat as soon as 30 days before a theme park visit but no less than two days before your arrival. During the chat, both children must be present to participate in the virtual registration process. Be sure to add everyone in your travel party to your Family & Friends List before you connect with the cast member, and you will want to ensure that everyone has a theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you cannot pre-register for DAS, you can register in person at one of the Guest Relations Main Entrance locations when you arrive.

The Live chat is available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time, but be prepared for a small possible wait, but once you are connected; the process flows quickly.

If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask; we would love to help.

    Have a magical time!
