Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Marie. I'm so glad you stopped by! You are going to just love visiting the
Disneyland Resort this holiday season. It's the most fa-la-la-la-fabulous time of year to explore the theme parks!
The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have an accessible, safe, and magical visit.
Disability Access Service is one of the many services offered to Guests to honor that commitment. Pre-registration for DAS can now be done online via live video chat with a Cast Member. This convenient option can be accessed between 2 and 30 days prior to a park visit, which means you're within that window now! To pre-register for DAS and make your advance selections, log in to your Disney account and make sure that each member of your party has valid theme park admission linked. Then, visit the
Planning with Disability Access Service page on the Disneyland Resort website. Review the Important Details section of the page. Scroll down the page and click on the blue button that says, "Request Live Chat."
If you'd prefer to wait until your arrival to register for Disability Access Service, just swing by a
Guest Relations location. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
Before your arrival next month, I encourage you to check out the
Services for Guests with Disabilities page on the Disneyland Resort website. There you'll find lots of information about the services and access options available in and out of the theme parks.
I hope this was helpful, Marie. Please let us know if you have any other questions about "The Happiest Place on Earth!" We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
Ashley
