Hi Ronald, and welcome to planDisney!
The Disability Access Service (DAS) is an excellent feature for those guests who need that accommodation!
Registration for DAS can be done in advance via live video chat between 2 and 30 days before your scheduled theme park visit. The guest using DAS must be present for the video call, and a photo will be taken during the process. If the guest is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present. In addition, if you do not pre-register for DAS, you can complete the registration in person with a Cast Member at Guest Relations the day of your visit.
The live chat is currently available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST. You will need to be logged into your Disney account and if you have family members or friends that will accompany you, be sure to add them to your
Family & Friends List and ensure your theme park tickets are linked before your call.
Please note if you opt to complete the pre-registration through the live video chat, you could experience extended wait times, so I recommend preparing for the wait, should you have to. Once you are connected, the process goes by fairly quickly.
Please let us know if you have additional questions. We are here to help.
Have a magical day!
Raquel
