Do I have to sign in to create a Disney account to make dinner reservations? If so why do I have to give all guest names for the reservations. Especially when it includes my kids?

    Hi Kari!

    Great question!

You will have to make an account to make a reservation through the Disney online dining reservation system.  This will enable you to log-in to view the reservation, and it will also send you a copy of the reservation to an email.  The My Disney Experience, which is available online and through an app, is a great way to keep track of all of your dining plans.  If you download the free app, you can log-in on your trip and have your confirmation numbers and reservation times handy!

You should not have to put all of the guests on your dining reservations.  I just made one for 30 people, and it let me skip that step by hitting the "continue" button at the bottom.  I do have my family's information associated with my account, and I add my kids names when we are doing a family meal,  but you certainly don't have to.  My boys just liked creating their own "character buttons"!!

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
