I am sick I want to postpone my reservation , my ticket How can I do that

    Hi, Monica! Welcome to planDisney

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling under the weather. Fortunately, Disney makes it easy to manage theme park reservations if our plans change.

To postpone a reservation, you will need to cancel it first. You will do this by visiting the "Ticket and Reservation Details" page (it is under the "Parks & Tickets" tab) on the Disneyland Resort website. You will click on the button that says, "Make Park Reservations." Then scroll toward the bottom of the page. There you will see your Upcoming Theme Park Reservations. Click on the reservations you would like to cancel by clicking the "Cancel Reservation" link on the right-hand side of your screen.

Once you know when you would like to visit, you will go to the same "Ticket and Reservation Details" page and make a new reservation! I recommend looking at the Availability Calendar first to see if your desired date is available.

Monica, I hope you feel better soon and can visit the Happiest Place on Earth when you are ready. There is so much amazingness coming up very soon, such as the Disney100 Celebration and Lunar New Year! If you have any additional questions, please come back and ask. We are here to help!

    Your Pal,
