I got sick on the day of my reservation, can I cancel and reschedule it? When is the expiration date?

    Hi Jessica, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. I truly hope you're on your way to a swift and smooth recovery!

You can absolutely cancel your current theme park reservation and reschedule for another time. To revise your current reservations, first, you will need to cancel your existing reservation by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account. Then you will need to select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Next, select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!

Now regarding ticket expiration dates, for one-day theme park tickets that were purchased this year, they are valid through December 30, 2023. For multi-day tickets purchased this year, they are valid through January 12, 2024, or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first. You can always find the expiration date of your tickets in the Disneyland Mobile App! Just load up your Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passe". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates.

If your tickets happen to expire, not to worry, Mickey and his Pals have you covered! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Just visit the Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths, and they can certainly help!
