What if I get sick same day as magic key park reservation and definetly cannot make it. Can I dispute the strike on my magic key ?

Hi Cynthia! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I became a Magic Key Holder this year, and I love the perks and discounts associated with my pass and having more access to all the magic of the parks. My favorite resource is the official Disneyland Magic Key blog, which has fantastic information on pass exclusives. I recently picked up a complimentary pin, which was a fun exclusive I found out about thanks to the blog.

As a Magic Key Holder, according to the current terms, you are held to a no-show policy related to the theme park reservation system. It sounds like you're familiar with this policy, however, these terms are subject to change as are the theme park reservation terms.

We've had sickness interrupt a Disney parks vacation, and it's not the most magical outcome of course. But things do happen even in the Happiest Place on Earth! If you ever have any questions related to your pass, as a Magic Key Holder you have access to a dedicated phone line, where you can speak to a helpful Cast Member, who will assist you in whatever way they possibly can.

I hope this helps! Have a magical day.
