If you have purchased tickets for an upcoming vacation and those plans need to be canceled or rescheduled, please don’t worry. You will be able to use them in the future.
If your unused theme park tickets don’t appear on your
My Disney Experience account after your vacation date has passed, there is a way to get them back. To get those tickets in motion, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-A copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number to link to your My Disney Experience account and you will be able to make
Disney Park Pass Reservations for a future visit.
