I have 2 ?s~I have read conflicting info on this Panel--if we purchase an AP is the start date from the date of purchase or the date of activation? Also can we combine left over un-exp tix w/ MYW tix and upgrade to APs $for $? Thanks

    Hey Megan!

When you purchase an Annual Pass, the clock starts ticking on the day you activate the ticket, however, if you're upgrading to an Annual Pass, the expiration date will be one year from the day you first used the Magic Your Way tickets you upgraded.

You can not combine multiple tickets towards an upgrade.  You can only upgrade one ticket to the Annual Pass.   All upgrades must be done within 14 days of first use of the ticket, regardless of if the ticket is Non-Expiring or not.  Also, as of August 1, 2011, all upgrades must be completed before all entitlements are used (unless the ticket is on a Key to the World Card), even if it's within the 14 day window.

I hope this clears up any confusion, Megan!  Please let me know if you need any additional information or help planning your magical vacation!

    Have a magical day!
