Will there be shuttles to the wide world of sports for the banana ball games in May 2026?

Hey there, Rachael! Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sharing your question with us. I’m a HUGE fan of Banana Ball, so I’m thrilled to help track down the information you're looking for.  Let’s take a look at the available info and make sure you’re ready for the greatest show in sports.

I don’t see any mention of shuttles on the Banana Ball event page, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports A-Z Guide says, “All Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and other event competition venues unless special transportation has been arranged specifically for your event.” I spoke with a friendly Cast Member on the Non-Reservation Support line, and they said there is no information about Walt Disney World transportation being available to ESPN Wide World of Sports at this time.

So it sounds like your best bet will be to do on-site parking or a ride-share service, such as a Minnie Van through the Lyft app. If you need help navigating Walt Disney World and the available transportation options during your stay, remember that you can get step-by-step directions to most locations through the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Along with the games between the Party Animals and Loco Beach Coconuts, there will be a lot of other exciting happenings at Walt Disney World during your visit. I’m most excited for Bluey and Bingo to make their Walt Disney World debut at Animal Kingdom on May 26, 2026, which is also the same day that Soarin’ Across America begins at EPCOT! You can find all the details for your upcoming visit on the Disney Parks Blog

Best of luck with your vacation planning, Rachael. Pop right back if you have additional questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Eat. Sleep. Party. Repeat.
