Do you have a shuttle service in-between the different parks? So if I was staying at all All star resort, could I catch a shuttle to Magic kingdom? Could Disney help with my engagement proposal?

    Hello Christopher!

I’m so glad you’ve found us here on planDisney! I’m always happy to see someone planning well in advance, as I am a firm believer that things go smoother with a well thought out itinerary! Booking your trip in advance also means you’ll be ready when it’s time to make Advance Dining Reservations or book Enchanting Extras.

You will be happy to know that Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort receive complimentary Disney transportation between Disney Resort Collection Hotels, theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs! Depending on the journey, you’ll have options such as buses, the Monorail, water transportation, and even the Disney Skyliner!

From any of Disney’s All-Star Resorts, you can expect to use bus service to get around. While buses don’t run on a timed schedule, you can anticipate them to run approximately every 20 minutes or so. So if you were headed to Magic Kingdom, the bus would take you there! As a mother of four who drives her kids all over town in a minivan, when I am at Walt Disney World, I prefer to leave the driving to Disney, and we always use the complimentary resort transportation to get around. I recommend leaving yourself an hour to get to the theme parks, and 90 minutes if you are headed to another Disney Resort Collection hotel as that does require a transfer.

Please do be aware that Disney’s Magical Express that offered transportation to the Walt Disney World Resort from Orlando International Airport will be discontinued for 2022. So that journey will need to be something you plan and book separately. You can use a ride share service or taxi, a rental car, or Mears Connect which will offer motorcoach transportation similar to Disney’s Magical Express.

I hope this helps to answer your question, Christopher. And I hope you'll be back with more questions as you plan your visit. We love talking Disney and are here to help!

    Happy Planning!
