Welcome back!
The shuttle service provided by the Car Care Center isn't included in the complimentary transportation loop or schedule.

To get to and from the Car Care Center, you can call 24 hours before your scheduled rental car or car repair appointment, if you have one. If you haven't made a reservation or appointment, just call 24 hours before your planned reservation time.

For repairs, call 407-824-0976. For rental car pick-up call, 407-824-3470. The Cast Member at each location will help to arrange any services or pick-up time that best fits your schedule. Pickup service can be from any Walt Disney World Resort or Theme Park, just be sure to specify your location.
