It shows in my tickets & planning that I am able to use my purchased them between March 2020 and September 2021. Does that mean I still have those tickets & are able to use them this April 2021?

    Hey Rebecca!

    Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you haven’t heard already, the Downtown Disney District is open and will soon be expanding to Buena Vista Street inside Disney California Adventure Park! With all of the amazing new offerings on Buena Vista Street, we’ll all be able to enjoy a little bit more of the Disney Magic! My two favorites on that list are Carthay Circle Lounge for dining and Elias & Co. for shopping! I can’t wait!

I see that you were able to purchase tickets before ticket sales were paused. This is a very good thing for you as new ticket sales could potentially continue to be paused once a reopening for the parks are announced. If your tickets expire September 2021, then you would be able to use them for a trip in April 2021 if the theme parks are open by then. If you’re not able to use your tickets before they expire, you can typically still get a credit for the amount you paid and just pay the difference for new tickets if the price has increased. Without knowing exactly what kind of tickets you have or where you purchased them, it hard to say exactly. If you end up getting close to your expiration date, you can call Ticket Services and they would be able to tell you what your exact options are.

Well Rebecca, I really really hope that you are able to take that trip in April. Things may be different than previous trips, but rest assured that the fun and amazing service will still be there.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
