Bonjour, Carys! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with a question about visiting my favourite European holiday destination -
Disneyland Paris.
Let me start off by saying that the
Shows and Parades at Disneyland Paris are absolutely amazing! In fact, I'd go as far as saying they are some of the best on offer throughout all of the Disney Parks, worldwide. Think of the following shows, in particular, as being on a par with what you would expect to see in London's West End, with an added sprinkle of Disney magic:-
Disneyland ParkThe Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands
Walt Disney Studios Park (which will be rebranded as Disney Adventure World in 2026)
Mickey and the Magician
TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure
In addition to these, there are some smaller-scale shows such as Frozen: A Musical Invitation and
Stitch Live!, both of which can be found at Walt Disney Studios Park.
At this moment in time, there is no opportunity for guest participation in any of the shows apart from
Stitch Live! where guests from the audience are selected to interact with Stitch, on a screen. If you are familiar with Walt Disney World, this is similar to Turtle Talk with Crush at EPCOT.
There is, of course, always the chance that this could change or, that a new show could debut prior to your visit, next year, especially given that the brand-new area, World of Frozen, is due to open in Spring 2026. For this reason, I'd definitely recommend keeping an eye on both the Disneyland Paris website and official social media channels, in the run up to your trip as this is where all of the latest news will be posted, when released.
I hope that this information has been of use, Carys. Please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further help with the planning of your 2026 trip.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
