    I am showing a ticket on my app, but I cannot locate the barcode to have it scanned.

    Hi, Christine! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! I am glad to see you have purchased your Disney Theme Park Tickets and have them linked to your My Disney Experience account. You are just about all set to have a magical day in the parks! There is still one thing you may need to do - get your actual tickets. At this time, guests are not able to scan their tickets found within the My Tickets section of My Disney Experience account to enter the parks. You must still acquire a physical ticket to scan at each park's entrance points and at the FastPass+ queues. However, if you have a MagicBand linked to the same account from either your current Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay or from a previous trip within the last couple of years, then you can also use it instead of a physical ticket. Let's chat some about these options.

    To get an actual ticket, you can stop by any Disney Theme Park Ticket window, Guest Services location, Concierge at a Resort hotel, or the new Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. Make sure you have your ticket purchase confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo ID with you. If you have MagicBands, then make sure your tickets are linked to the same account as that MagicBand. Then, you can just tap the MagicBand to access the tickets and your FastPass+ selections! Please note that the batteries within the MagicBands tend to last two years, so if it has been longer than that since you received them, you may want to plan on getting actual tickets.
