    Are there showers to use in the Ship Shape Health Club? Is there 24 hour access? I am a very early riser & would like to shower there after my workout so I don't wake anyone in our resort room.

    Hello Robin and thanks so much for bringing such an interesting question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
    My lovely eldest son is much like you and prefers to get his gym sessions or even daily jog on the various Running Trails at Walt Disney World Resort all done & dusted earlier in the day and this is especially so when we're on vacation and there's so much to see and do during the rest of our busy Disney day!
    I'm happy to share that Ship Shape Massage Salon Fitness facility at Disney's Yacht Club Resort is indeed accessible (via MagicBand) to Guests staying in either Disney's Yacht Club Resort or Disney's Beach Club Resort or Disney's Beach Club Villas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and benefits from changing rooms with shower cubicles enabling gym users to freshen-up after enjoying their workout.
