Ahoy there, Christina, and welcome to planDisney! What a treat that you thought to stop by for help before your upcoming voyage.
The
Disney Fantasy features three live, Broadway-style shows in the Walt Disney Theatre: Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular, Disney's Believe, and Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. Shows typically start around 5:45 and 8:30 so Guests can watch the show either right before or right after their assigned dinner seating. Like the dining rotations, the show schedule won’t be released until embarkation.
If you’re looking for your favorite Disney movies, you can either head up to Funnel Vision on Deck 11 or to the Buena Vista Theatre on Deck 4 (both are Midship). You’ll find some classic Disney animated features, as well as first-run movies like Inside Out 2, Moana 2, and the new Marvel film, Thunderbolts*.
Speaking of entertainment, I thought you might like to know that there’s also a
Pirate Night scheduled for Night 4 of your journey, and on Night 5, you’ll experience
Mickey’s Color Spin. And while we’re talking about theme nights, you can choose to dress up for Formal Night on Night 3 and wear Semi-Formal attire on Night 6.
The most up-to-date schedules and showtimes are available on the free
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app when you connect to the DCL-GUEST WiFi once onboard. The app also lets you chat with anyone in your stateroom (and other new friends you meet!). We love to ‘favorite’ the activities we don’t want to miss, that way we receive notifications when they’re about to start (my family is partial to Disney & music trivia).
Before you know it, your dream will be coming true, Christina, and you’ll be sailing the high seas on your
Mediterranean Cruise. If you think of any other questions before your trip, I hope you’ll visit us here at
planDisney again!
Embrace the magic,
Sami
